Build your own hand finished Green River knife using our "Ripper" knife blade, brass cutler's rivets and a pair of walnut scales. Our knife kits come complete with the following:
Set of three brass cutler's rivets
The Ripper Knife is a popular small knife blade. This is a 4" blade with an 8-1/2" overall length. This paring style blade has been forged from .072" thick carbon cutlery steel. It has been properly tempered to sharpen quickly and hold an edge. This blade is made in the U.S.A. by America's oldest cutlery, Russell Green River.
The pair of walnut handle scales measure 3/8" thick by 1.5" x 5". Handles are unfinished, ready to accept stain, finish or sealer.
1 free basic instruction sheet with additional product suggestions is included in every kit. If you are just starting out and this is your first knife, we recommend our Basic Knife Assembly booklet, item Book-BKA. This booklet provides step-by-step instruction with full-color photographs.
